Terms of Service

1. The service

pdfmy.email converts supported content sent to your dedicated mailbox into PDF documents. pdfmy.app creates PDFs locally on iPhone and can use pdfmy.email to send a document to a recipient you configure. When you first use pdfmy.app, it automatically creates an app-only delivery account without requiring an email address or password. Eligible paid accounts can use server delivery. By using either service, you agree to these terms.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to process unlawful content, send spam, or infringe on the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the emails and documents processed through the service. We only process your content to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and factors outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times.

5. pdfmy.app Pro

pdfmy.app Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold and billed by Apple under the price and period shown before purchase. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Deleting your pdfmy account does not itself cancel an App Store subscription.

6. Termination

You may delete an app-only delivery account immediately in pdfmy.app Settings. You may delete a pdfmy.email web account from its account deletion page; deletion cancels an active pdfmy.email web subscription before removing that account. An App Store subscription is managed separately by Apple and continues until you cancel it there. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms with reasonable notice where practicable.
