1. What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password. When our service processes emails on your behalf, we temporarily handle the content of those emails in order to convert them to PDF documents and forward them to your designated address.

2. How we use your data

We use your data solely to provide the pdfmy.email service: converting incoming emails to PDF documents and delivering them to you. We do not sell your data, and we do not use the content of your emails for any purpose other than conversion and delivery.

3. Data retention

Email content is processed transiently and is not kept longer than necessary to complete the conversion and delivery. Basic delivery metadata (sender, recipient, subject, and timestamps) may be retained for operational and support purposes.

4. Analytics

We track anonymous account events (such as signups) using one-way hashed IP addresses for basic analytics. These hashes cannot be reversed to identify you.

5. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. Deleting your account permanently removes your personal data from our systems.
