Available now

The email-to-PDF workflow available today

This page separates the released product from improvements that are still planned.

Core features

These capabilities are implemented in the current release.

HTML and plain-text email

Common HTML and plain-text email bodies are converted to PDF. HTML rendering keeps supported formatting and inline images, with a plain-text fallback when needed.

Supported attachment handling

Existing PDF attachments are kept as PDFs. Image, HTML, and text attachments can be converted into separate PDF files; other attachment types are not currently converted.

Automatic email delivery

When forwarding is enabled for an active paid subscription with a payment method, generated PDFs are emailed to the address configured for that mailbox.

Account controls available now

The dashboard currently supports these setup and billing tasks.

Dedicated inbound addresses

Create an address on the inbound.pdfmy.email domain and use it as the destination for email you want processed.

Multiple mailboxes

Create and remove more than one mailbox. Each mailbox receives its own inbound address and forwarding destination when it is created.

Visible access status

See your current plan, subscription status, forwarding access, and whether a payment method is on file.

Stripe billing portal

Paid customers can open Stripe's billing portal from the dashboard to manage billing details or cancel a subscription.
